Přátelská atmosféra, možnost home-office, zaměstnanecké benefity, flexibilní pracovní doba, možnost umístit dítě do dětské skupiny přímo v budově, jazykové kurzy.

Opportunity to use foreign languages

Každodenně používám angličtinu i němčinu. Nejčastěji komunikuji písemně, občas po telefonu. Využívám jazykových kurzů, které ADP poskytuje bezplatně a v rámci pracovní doby.

V Plzni je velmi milý kolektiv lidí a krásné prostředí v nových kancelářích. Maminky mají možnost dát své děti do dětské skupiny. Líbí se mi, že je možné pracovat i na částečný úvazek a také je možná práce z domova. Celkově firemní kultura je na skvělé úrovni.

Pobočka Plzeň: + možnost pracovat na částečný úvazek + advekvátní finanční ohodnocení + pravidelná valorizace platů + spousta firemních benefitů (dny dovolené navíc, příspěvek na penzijní) + žádné doplatky na stravenky + možnost bez obav říct svůj názor vedoucímu

je to korporát, takže občas něco trvá, než dojde k vyřízení

Jobs fit for working parents

je zde firemni detska skupina, neni problem dohodnout se na castecnem uvazku, home office, pokud je dite nemocne, lze pracovat z domova - neni nutna ocr.

Dobrý kolektiv, získání praxe pro absolventy, moderní pracovní prostředí, dobré benefity.

Rychlé zaškolení, požadovaná veliká výkonost, účtování firem přebíráno po relativně krátké době.

V mojom prípade sa dá skĺbiť pracovný a osobný život, necítim mikromanažment a svoju prácu si môžem rozvrhnúť ako potrebujem, nikdy nebol problém dohodnúť sa na návšteve lekára počas pracovnej doby, plne hradené stravenky

Duvera v kolegy, ve svuj tym, klid pri praci, mam za sebou nadrizeneho, ktery podrzi.

V tuto chvili nevidim prostor ke zlepseni. ADP se chova ke svym zamestatncum velmi ferove a ve vsech ohledech vychazi vstric.
