V makro nás spojuje láska k jídlu, gastronomii a všemu, co s ní souvisí. Naši zákazníci jsou podnikatelé - péči a servis umíme zajistit jak malému bistru, tak i michelinské restauraci. Na tom, aby se jim dařilo, nám velmi záleží. Základem úspěchu makro jsou naši lidé. Společně se staráme už o téměř milion zákazníků po celé republice. Je nás tu na 3500 a rosteme pořád dál. Rádi mezi sebe přijmeme nové kolegy, kteří sdílejí naše hodnoty a nadšení pro to, co děláme.

Práce je rozmanitá, člověk se múže hodně naučit.

Komunikace mezi jednotlivými částmi, někdy se stává, že více teamů dělá na stejném úkolu a ne vždy o tom vědí.

Zkušenost práce v nadnárodní korporaci a zárověň je každá obchodní jednotka do velké míry autonomní. Možnost sdílet zkušenosti v rámci firmy. Účast na zajímavých projektech.

Personální marketing, uchování a přenos firemních znalostí, zjednodušení a větší pružnost některých procesů, ale to je asi obecný problém korporací.
