V makro nás spojuje láska k jídlu, gastronomii a všemu, co s ní souvisí. Naši zákazníci jsou podnikatelé - péči a servis umíme zajistit jak malému bistru, tak i michelinské restauraci. Na tom, aby se jim dařilo, nám velmi záleží. Základem úspěchu makro jsou naši lidé. Společně se staráme už o téměř milion zákazníků po celé republice. Je nás tu na 3500 a rosteme pořád dál. Rádi mezi sebe přijmeme nové kolegy, kteří sdílejí naše hodnoty a nadšení pro to, co děláme.

Nejvíc oceňuji to, že dává příležitost v pracovním růstu. Přesně stanovuje své představy o naší činnosti. Velká snaha o to, aby zaměstnanci svou práci brali za svou.

Ryhleji reagovat na potřeby zvýšit mzdy popřípadě Jinébenefity. Být víc flexibilní. A chtěla bych, abychom byli výjmeční na trhu práce.
