V makro nás spojuje láska k jídlu, gastronomii a všemu, co s ní souvisí. Naši zákazníci jsou podnikatelé - péči a servis umíme zajistit jak malému bistru, tak i michelinské restauraci. Na tom, aby se jim dařilo, nám velmi záleží. Základem úspěchu makro jsou naši lidé. Společně se staráme už o téměř milion zákazníků po celé republice. Je nás tu na 3500 a rosteme pořád dál. Rádi mezi sebe přijmeme nové kolegy, kteří sdílejí naše hodnoty a nadšení pro to, co děláme.

Nevím jak to funguje na jiných pozicích, těžko napsat.
Moc jsem si toho necenila. Nadřízená se ke mě nechovala fér. Jednou za měsíc jsem měla mít volný víkend, a někdy ani k tomu nedošlo. Nadřízená mi připisovala směny bez mého vědomí, a jenom mi to oznamovala jako samozřejmost. Když jsem se snažila vysvětlit že mám taky svůj soukromý život, tak moc příjemná nebyla. Vlastně na takovém základu chování jsem podala výpověď.

Práce je rozmanitá, člověk se múže hodně naučit.
Komunikace mezi jednotlivými částmi, někdy se stává, že více teamů dělá na stejném úkolu a ne vždy o tom vědí.
