V makro nás spojuje láska k jídlu, gastronomii a všemu, co s ní souvisí. Naši zákazníci jsou podnikatelé - péči a servis umíme zajistit jak malému bistru, tak i michelinské restauraci. Na tom, aby se jim dařilo, nám velmi záleží. Základem úspěchu makro jsou naši lidé. Společně se staráme už o téměř milion zákazníků po celé republice. Je nás tu na 3500 a rosteme pořád dál. Rádi mezi sebe přijmeme nové kolegy, kteří sdílejí naše hodnoty a nadšení pro to, co děláme.

Pravidelná mzda vždy na začátku měsíce. Hodně benefitů. Možnost téměř neomezeného občerstvení.

Nerealistické smýšlení vedení společnosti. Hodně zbytečné a namáhavé práce s minimem kmenových zaměstnanců. Dlouhodobé neřešení starých problémů. Mzdová politika.
