V makro nás spojuje láska k jídlu, gastronomii a všemu, co s ní souvisí. Naši zákazníci jsou podnikatelé - péči a servis umíme zajistit jak malému bistru, tak i michelinské restauraci. Na tom, aby se jim dařilo, nám velmi záleží. Základem úspěchu makro jsou naši lidé. Společně se staráme už o téměř milion zákazníků po celé republice. Je nás tu na 3500 a rosteme pořád dál. Rádi mezi sebe přijmeme nové kolegy, kteří sdílejí naše hodnoty a nadšení pro to, co děláme.

Makro je prilis prebujely a zkostnately korporat, pro obchod velmi slozite prostredi, kdy klientovi nemuzete ani z pozice Key account managera temer nic s urcitosti slibit-nic nejste schopen rozhodnout na miste a sam.

Za tech mnoho let poznate kvalitni a schopne kolegy a to napric celou firmou. Skoda jen, ze za posledni rok tato kvalita z firmy odesla.

asi sničím

Možnost dohody směn. Velmi dobré benefity.

V dnešní době velmi málo zaměstnanců na prodejně,což škodí prodeji.

25 dní dovolení, cafeterie, služební automobil...

Velká korporátních společnost - velký počet pracovních pozic, což vede k mnohdy zdlouhavým řešením různých situací

že se tam dobře parkuje

nejsou odměny, vedení je ze zahraničí a jen na krátkou dobu - tzn., že se nezajímají o atmosféru a výsledky.
