Sometimes maintaining work life balance is complicated, especialy after layoffs in 2025...

What is totally pissing me off is missing multisport benefit card which is in 100% of all wellbeing facilities around Prague and central bohemia STANDARD. Without it we are forced to pay 100% entrance fee. Even if we have to pay full price, it will be beneficial for us.

Poor management of the maintenance department. Manager's inability to defend objections when introducing new equipment. Requesting work that is not related to maintenance.

v engineeringu je skvělá pracovní atmosféra (mezi kolegy) dobří kolegové, kteří pomohou docela ok middle management HO 2 dny v týdnu možnost vidět a osahat si stroje skvělý přístup k PLM dokumentaci všech strojů a výsledků testů (i dokumentaci ze závodů v USA a Číně)

otřesný upper management - Top management pro EMEA stroje a technická řešení nezajímají a nemají k nim vztah, vidí pouze čísla a úspory. Na směru firmy a rozhodnutích se tento vztah bolestivě odráží. Validace nových komponentů je často oholená na kost, protože by plná validace byla moc nákladná (i když by lepší validaci business case projektu umožňoval). Komunikace s nákupem často velmi drhne. Ve všech jiných odděleních člověk pozoruje profesní růst, v engineeringu je všechno statické. Slibotechna na budoucí zlepšení pracovního prostředí - vždy se slíbí, že se pracuje na nějakém zlepšení struktury/procesů/tréninků a to za měsíce vyšumí a vedení dělá jako nic.

I think the pay is fair for the role that I have been hired for - while there is not much of benefits, the pay makes up for it. I specifically enjoy the team I am working in, we have really lovely people. And the vendors that I deal with are super lovely too!

The benefits are nothing to speak of, I was actually unpleasantly surprised at the complete lack of them. But again, the pay is big enough to not worry about it too much.

Ubytování,závodní stravování, možnost kariérního růstu,férové a slušné jednání,velmi dobré platové podmínky.

Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku, zaměstnání jsem opustil z osobních důvodů.

kolegové jsou fajn

Ve firmě panuje bohužel velká nedůvěra mezi TOP managementem a zaměstnanci. Vedení firmy často uplatňuje mikromanagement a manipulaci. A ikdyž je otevřená komunikace jednou z firmeních hodnot, informace mezi zaměstnance téměř nepronikají. I když odcházel ředitel společnosti, zaměstnanci se to dozvěděli s měsíčním zpožděním.
