V našem oboru pracuje hodně lidí, kteří jsou kreativní, hraví, otevření a komunikativní. To se pak promítá do všeho. Všichni si (většinou) tykáme, nosíme rifle a tričko, šéf většinou sedí na židli vedle nás a při celofiremních prezentacích se nebojíme udělat vtip a zasmát se. I když je to vtip na management. Pracovala jsem dřív v rakouské firmě, kde mi ve dvaceti říkali "paní" a nesměla jsem v létě nosit šaty na ramínka, to by se tady nestalo :-)
