Firma jako každá jiná, všechno má své pro i proti, ale jak je to velká firma tak záleží na tom na jakém oddělení pracujete. Pokud jste skromný člověk je to složitější ale pokud se nebojíte si dupnout tak to ve firmě zvládnete.

Vstřícnost lidí na jakékoliv pozici společnosti. Firemní akce, pomoc při vzdělávání. V každém oboru je co se učit a zlepšovat, v tomto je koncern Eltodo velmi otevřený. Nabízí velkou škálu oborů k uplatnění zkušeností. Napomáhá profesnímu růstu a podporuje nové nápady a projekty.

Naučila sem se spoustu nových věcí. Rozšířila sem.si technicke znalosti.
V rámci mnoha společností horší komunikace.

Ano je zde mnoho dalších společností, ale důležité naučit se systém a pak se posouvat.

Zde je pravá možnost ukázat, že něco umíte. Pokud se člověk snaží a baví ho pracovat je zde vidět obrovský kus práce.
