- Když člověk ukáže, že umí a chce, firma ho nechá vyrůst a posunout se dál. - Člověk dostane důvěru a prostor si věci uřídit po svém, nikdo mu nestojí neustále za zadkem. - Čistota a klid
Není tu nic tak hrozného v porovnání s tím, co občas slyším odjinud, jsme na tom vlastně dobře. Co mi tu ale citelně chybí, je klasická kantýna, protože jeden automat na jídlo to prostě nevytrhne. Co se týče benefitů, vždycky by jich mohlo být víc, ale abych byl fér, za ty roky se to tu docela zvedlo a dost jich přibylo.
