Společnost Resideo se svojí politikou a nastavením blíží ideálnímu zaměstnavateli. Zažila jsem zde férové jednaní narovinu, slušnost a upřímnost. Společnost má dlouholetou tradici a mnoho lidí zde pracuje 15 - 20 let. Je zde možné potkat mnoho lidí s obrovskými zkušenostmi.

- Stále se učím a mám na to dostatek prostoru. Docházím i na kurzy angličtiny, které jsou na mé pozici velmi užitečné. - Mám kolem sebe perfektní tým a skvělého šéfa, na kterého se mohu spolehnout a je to skutečný leader (vede příkladem). - Zároveň se dá s šéfem dohodnout, má lidský přístup, což je pro mě důležité.

Navýšení platu po zkušební době neproběhlo. Ale to se snad zlepší.
