Pokud se hlásíte na pozici recruitera, tak je kolektiv kolegů složen převážně z mladých lidí tak v rozmezí 20 - 35 let. Spíš je to o tom, jak dlouho tam kdo vydrží :D
Když přežijete bez úhony počáteční zaškolení, dostanete prostor si pracovat na svých pozicích, a to už bude především ve vaší režii. Mimo to, že musíte tedy plnit nějaké cíle, je v podstatě jedno jak jich dosáhnete...jaké tempo zvolíte. Prakticky buď chceš bejt úspěšnej a makáš, nebo ti to je jedno a trochu to flákáš.
