Responsibilities
- Provide online technical support through emails.
- Assist customers with questions and provide product/service information.
- Process orders and manage returns.
- Help customers understand our products and address any inquiries.
Requirements
- Skills: Basic computing skills, excellent written communication.
- Languages: native German +C1 English.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Empathy and Problem Solving: Key to addressing customer needs.
- Mode of Communication: Email only; no chat or phone calls required.
Additional Information:
- Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm, no work on weekends or bank holidays.
