Job Responsibilities
- Leading a team of Test Engineers in the R&D laboratory
- Planning and organizing testing and measurement activities
- Ensuring and coordinating collaboration with the overseas laboratory and the production plant in Modřice
- Reporting on department activities
- Ensuring the continuous development of the laboratory
- Testing electropneumatic products
- Analyzing measurement results
- Close cooperation with design engineers, process engineers, and production teams
What We Expect from You
- University degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering)
- Experience in leading an engineering team in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of principles and methods for measuring electromechanical parameters
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of low-voltage electronics is an advantage
- English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2, fluent Czech or Slovak
- Enthusiasm for the field, willingness to learn new things and continuously develop, independence, and attention to detail
- Valid Electrical Qualification according to Czech Regulation No. 50/1978 Coll., Section 5 or higher is an advantage
