We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to take ownership of HR operations in Prague, with a strong focus on Czech labor law compliance and HR administration excellence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-driven, structured, and confident in managing HR processes independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, changes, offboarding)
- Ensure all HR processes are fully compliant with Czech labor law and internal policies
- Maintain accurate HR data and documentation (100% data ownership)
- Coordinate monthly payroll with external provider
- Act as a key contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
- Continuously improve HR processes and operational efficiency
- Handle employment of foreign nationals (work permits, visas, documentation, cooperation with authorities)
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations role
- Strong, practical knowledge of Czech labor law (must-have)
- Experience with HR administration and payroll coordination
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Independent and proactive working style
- Confident communicator with a pragmatic approach
- English at B2 level or higher
