At Aeven we are looking for a new colleague to join our Finance Team as Accountant. In this role, you will be working in an international setup, supporting the Finance and Accounting agenda of our Headquarters in Copenhagen. You will be in touch with our colleagues in Denmark on a daily basis, while also closely collaborating with your local colleagues in our Prague office.
As a department, we work in a highly collaborative way, supporting each other's development and learning by utilizing each team member's skillset and experience.
Your responsibilities
- Accounting tasks for Aeven’s HQ and its subsidiaries incl. accounts payable, leasing, company cars and expenses
- Review and preparation of accruals, internal documents
- Cooperation with CZ entity
- Monthly reporting tasks, preparation of reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, review of G/L movements
- Other adhoc tasks based on the instructions from senior colleagues
- Your qualifications and experience
We are looking for a friendly colleague who loves teamwork, accounting, and who wants to deliver top-notch service to our stakeholders.
- You have min. a completed Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
- You are an accountant with experience (min. 3 years)
- You are keen to work in an international environment
- You are able to work independently
- You are familiar with Excel (vlookup, pivot tables... )
- You are a pro-active detail oriented person with an analytical mindset
- You are organized and willing to meet deadlines
- You bring advanced English language skills, and you are confident to use it daily in your work environment
