The industrial transfert department for EMEA region looking for a new transfer pilot. This open postion will be physically based on Prague plant
The Industrial Transfer pilots oversees projects involving the transfer of production activities between different sites (or supply sources), ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadline standards, as well as project methodology. They manage the risks associated with such transfers. Their remit covers the entire Group (depending on the organisational structure) across all products.
MISSIONS:
*MANAGE INDUSTRIAL TRANSFERS
• Coordinate cross-functionally with the various departments involved in carrying out industrial transfers, from the initial decision to transfer through to project completion.
• Define and ensure compliance with transfer milestones.
• Establish the scope of deliverables and activities for the project.
• Manage project risks, monitor the associated action plan, and apply the APQP approach to projects.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions on projects.
• Adhere to, monitor, and re-plan the budget by identifying risks and opportunities
• Propose decision-support scenarios and validate them based on the context.
*PREPARE REPORTS
• Continuously maintain all KPIs necessary for an in-depth analysis of the project’s status.
• Compile and summarize project metrics. Prepare and ensure the communication of project reports to the team, your management, and clients (internal and external).
*LEAD THE PROJECT TEAM
• Set objectives and deliverables for the project team; ensure the availability of resources
• Ensure the commitment of project members. Unite and motivate the team in an atmosphere of trust. Coordinate the various stakeholders to achieve the defined objectives
• Organize and lead regular meetings with the project team and communicate various information
Competences
• Proficiency in Industrial environnement and Manufacturing (experience in Aeronautics can be an advantage)
• Proficiency in ERP (SAP)
• Proficiency in Pack office
• Languages:
- English minimal level B2
- French can be an advantage
