The OF Department is part of our European Shared Service Centre in Prague, which supports the Philips TVs, Audio, and Accessories across the EMEA region.
As the first and primary back-office contact for Customers, the Order Fulfilment department makes the Order Fulfilment Specialist accountable for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in order/delivery management and complaint handling.
You will also work on improving service levels for the company and play a strong role in supporting the sales organisation.
Process sales orders accurately and on time (SAP registration, pricing checks, goods allocation, backorder management)
Manage deliveries with 3PLs (delivery updates, scheduling with warehouse/carriers, delivery follow-up, shipment/export documentation)
Meet the company’s TPW cost targets
Register and manage complaints, follow up on solutions, and provide feedback to customers
Participate in cross-functional projects
Conduct sales data analysis, pricing reviews, and updates on stock availability
Monitor sales plan performance
Collaborate with Sales, Credit Controllers, Demand Planners, and W&D teams
✅ Must-have requirements:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Minimum secondary school education with a graduation exam
1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment/order management/customer service with hands-on order handling, truck booking, and customer communication
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience working with ERP systems
Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive approach
Ability to follow processes and guidelines
Problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills and customer understanding
Emotionally mature, reliable, and a team player
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to recognize and promote automated solutions
👑 Nice-to-have:
Experience with SAP
Knowledge of an additional European language
Understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes
