At Rohlik, Finance keeps the business running smoothly — across invoices, payments, month-end and reporting. We’re building a finance operation that’s fast, reliable and scalable across multiple countries.
We’re now looking for a P2P/AP Accounting Team Leader to take care of our P2P agenda across Rohlik Group countries and related entities. This role is for someone who stays hands-on, runs a tight process, and genuinely enjoys improving how things work.

What you’ll do
You’ll run the day-to-day workflow and performance of the P2P accounting team, ensuring accuracy, speed and strong collaboration across the business.
- Own and manage daily P2P operations: vendor invoices (COGS & non-COGS), disbursements, and travel & expense claims
- Allocate work within the team, keep deadlines under control, and ensure high-quality outputs
- Lead and support a team of P2P accountants: coaching, training, setting goals, regular check-ins
- Build a positive, high-performance team culture — clear expectations, strong ownership, open communication
- Ensure smooth coordination with other departments and external partners (auditors, vendors)
- Drive process improvements and keep P2P documentation accurate and up to date
- Spot bottlenecks early and propose practical solutions that make the process faster, cleaner and more scalable
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in P2P / Accounts Payable (end-to-end)
- Proven experience as a team leader / supervisor, (ideally from a Shared Service Centre / Business Services environment)
- Hands-on attitude — you’re close to the work and understand the details
- Process improvement mindset: you enjoy fixing root causes, not only firefighting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Business-level English is required; Czech or German is a plus
