We’re looking for an analytical and communication‑savvy Process Automation Analyst to help us improve and automate business processes across the company.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, model processes, translate needs into requirements, and support the delivery and operation of automation solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and optimize business processes (As‑Is / To‑Be)
- Identify automation opportunities (RPA, workflow, low-code/no-code, AI)
- Model processes in BPMN and prepare documentation
- Gather and structure business & functional requirements
- Create user stories and support development teams during delivery
- Support operations of existing automation solutions and suggest improvements
- Lead smaller automation projects and facilitate workshops
What You Bring
Must Have:
- Experience in Business/IT Analysis or Process Analysis
- Strong process improvement and BPMN skills
- Experience with requirements gathering & user stories
- Agile/hybrid delivery experience
- Strong communication and English B2+
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation tools (RPA, workflow, low-code)
- Basic understanding of IT architecture and integrations
- SAP/ERP knowledge, process mining, basic scripting
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Informatics (or practical equivalent)
- Analytical, structured, proactive, and comfortable in an international environment
- Position suitable for junior candidates
