Main tasks & key accountabilities:
- You will support, administration, and further development of treasury systems (Nomentia, SAP, EBS, ELBA, Refinitiv, Finanstra, etc.) as well as implementation of new systems
- You will be responsible for the cash management: bank account management, disbursement and transfers, cash pooling; intercompany clearing/in-house bank
- You will process payments, including letters of credit, bills of exchange, and checks
- You will monitor and record financial transactions, management of guarantees, sureties, and warranties, interest calculations/accruals
- You will be responsible for front and middle office support for analyses and settlements (including grant finance)
- You will ensure the regulatory compliance: EMIR, KYC, FATCA, CRS, compliance certificate, EU taxonomy, ESG
- You will be responsible for representation: annual and quarterly closing procedures, including calculations, reconciliation of consolidated financial statements, hedge accounting, treasury reporting
Our expectations for this exciting role:
- You hold a completed university degree (BSc./Master) in economics, business informatics, or similar
- You bring at least 1-3 yrs. of professional experience in the treasury back office of an international company, specializing in cash management and the administration of treasury systems
- You have good IT skills such as SAP, MS Office, treasury management systems – ideally Nomentia, 360T, and electronic banking systems
- You have good communicative English skills (min B2)
- You have a knowledge of key operational treasury processes in international cash management
- You have persuasiveness and negotiation skills, communication and teamwork skills
