This will be your future role:

  • As a Recruiter Admin / Junior Recruiter you will operate based on an agreed and defined talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for managing candidate communications, interview scheduling, and system updates. Part of your job will be tracking candidate progress and maintaining compliance documentation. You will also support onboarding logistics and access provisioning.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop by learning and performing delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes, mainly by helping with job requisitions management to fill client hiring needs for various job profiles (i.e. Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Marketing, etc.) in line with market norms and agreed ways of working. Depending on your former experience, performance and aspirations you may be involved in candidate screening, sourcing, and other aspects of recruitment process, monitoring and continuous Improvement of process and productivity.
  • You will interact with your Hiring Managers and candidates, while ensuring all the agreed Service Levels are met along with high levels of customer satisfaction of client stakeholders. To establish and maintain good relationships with your client stakeholders is key to our project success.
  • In your day-to-day work you will closely interact with your colleagues within a wider Accenture family, mainly recruiters, Talent Acquisition specialists and Process Experts to deliver according to client expectations and process. You will work closely with your, supervisor, Team Lead and other recruiters to ensure continuity of recruitment process delivery for the client.

This is what you already have:

  • 1+ years of work experience – operations delivery, sales or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Experience in field HR or recruitment is a benefit
  • Strong interest to gain experience in the field of recruitment and learn new skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite applications and ability to learn and use various systems
  • HR software / applicant tracking system / recruitment tools knowledge – nice to have
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a changing work environment
  • You have a process mindset 
  • You are flexible and adaptable to learn new things
  • You have ability to analyze and solve complex issues 
  • You are active team player  
  • You are proactive in taking initiative and actively think about improvements 
  • Fluent in English and Czech or Polish
