The Full Stack Developer plays a key role in building and expanding the AI Marketplace within the Internal Development Portal (IDP), powered by Backstage. This role involves close collaboration with UX designers, developers, security experts, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and secure experience for users. It also requires applying best practices in collaborative development, agent behavior governance, and responsible AI principles.
YOUR ROLE
- Design and develop full-stack features for the AI Marketplace using React, Node.js, and Backstage plugins.
- Integrate services and APIs into the IDP portal, ensuring seamless discoverability and usability.
- Collaborate with UX designers to craft intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
- Build and maintain backend services including authentication, data storage, and service orchestration.
- Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on features.
YOUR PROFILE
- Solid experience in full-stack development, with a focus on React, Node.js, and modern architectures.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, Git version control, and collaborative development practices.
- Awareness of application security, data privacy principles, and responsible AI practices.
- Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and agent behavior governance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Backstage or similar IDP platforms is a plus.
