About AI Project Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven AI Project Manager to join our TrainAI team. In this role, you’ll oversee the full life cycle of diverse AI and data services projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.You’ll work closely with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes, combining your technical insight with strong project leadership and organizational skills.

🌎 Location: hybrid or remote. We have office in Vlněna business center in Brno
⌚ Working hours: semi-flexible, but some client meeting might occasionally take place later in the afternoon due to different time zone

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, workflows, and resource materials
• Act as a main point of contact for client - providing daily status updates, weekly reviews. The client is based in the US so occasionally there might be some meeting happening later in the afternoon (at around 6-7pm)
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and key metrics
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality targets
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and coordinate external vendors and contributors
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, tools, and processes
• Contribute to the growth of the team’s knowledge base and best practices

Skills & Experience

• Previous proven experience in project management
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Skilled in using business and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Demonstrated success managing end-to-end projects
• Experience with AI data projects (speech, text, computer vision) is highly desirable
• Familiarity with crowdsourcing and remote workforce management
• Additional language fluency is a plus
• Background or interest in the AI industry
