Expert/trainer in the field of radiological screening

We are looking for an expert for this position who will train screening centers with a focus on radiological competencies in the field of breast cancer screening, including mammography, breast ultrasound, and mammography positioning techniques. The aim of the project is to strengthen the professional skills of radiologists and radiology technicians in regional screening centers. The training will be carried out in three regional screening centers: Zugdidi, Lanchkhuti, and Batumi.

Job description:

• preparation of training materials;
• training in three screening centers combining theory and practical exercises;
• providing feedback to training participants;
• reporting to the CCRG project manager;
• keeping attendance records of participants.

Qualifications Required:

• advanced degree in radiology, breast imaging, or related field;
• at least 10 years of experience in breast cancer screening, including mammography and ultrasound in Czech healthcare facilities;
• proven experience in training and mentoring radiologists and radiographers;
• familiarity with European screening guidelines and quality assurance systems;
• previous work in low-resource or transitional healthcare settings is an asset;
• excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian or Georgian an asset but not mandatory).
