Inside Business Partner Manager with Slovenian - Concentrix

As a native speaker, you will be responsible for portfolio of partners and their sales grow.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a portfolio of partners and developing their business to sell PC and Print products, including services and bring YoY growth
• Understand partner market and competition
• Proactively and regularly calling partners to identify potential and increase sales
• Actively search for business opportunities, pricing and guiding partner through the entire sales cycle
• Educate partners on new products and features
• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, building a professional business relationship
• Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification.
• Ensure partners are meeting Partner Program Requirements (Technical/Sales certification, revenue threshold).
• Manage partner forecasting and partners performance by tracking tools.
• Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI
• Registration / Onboarding of IT Resellers to Partner Program

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and native Slovenian
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
• Previous sales experience, preferably B2B sales
• Positive attitude and goal orientation
• Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
• Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision
• Flexibility in prioritizing workload
