What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist (Polish speaking) within our CCS division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business, located in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, you will be dealing with customer queries via phone and email. The customer base for this role is Poland. In this role, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
How We Work
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing complete customer service on the passive customer service phone line
- E-mail communication with customer
- Communication with customers from Poland
- Entering of new contracts in the database and updates
- Dealing with requests and complaints of clients
Qualifications & Skills
- Working experience in customer service is an advantage
- Fluency in Polish – this is a must.
- Good communication skills, assertiveness
