The role is responsible for driving process analysis within the supply chain, for optimization and deployment of SCM standard business unit procedures. It also plays a key support roll during supply chain disruptions and strategic company milestones (Budgeting, continuous improvement, SOP, EOP, Engineering Changes, Internal & External Bottlenecks, Special Projects, others)
Position reporting directly to the Global Head of Supply Chain Manager for BU Stabilizer Bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively communicate with various departments and all organizational levels (Internally and externally) to ensure responsibilities are fulfilled and tasks are executed on time, while guiding and motivating the involved parties
- Train and develop teams in both technical competencies and softs skills. (Vertical & Cross functional)
- Lead the design of a customized Inventory Strategy / Inventory Guidance tailored to plant specific needs. With the ability to monitor and redesign on the fly.
- Deploy and manage Master Production Scheduling (MPS) & Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP)
- Understand MRP Logic to define Strategy for ERP strategies (Particularly within SAP Modules SD, MM, PP, LOG)
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead to change initiatives through the team to achieve company targets.
- Support the Global Head of Supply Chain Manager in ensuring alignment with corporate goals, strategic projects, budgeting processes and the development of specific metrics. Provide support during supply chain disruptions
Required Qualifications:
- Experts on Supply Chain Management: Capacity Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehouse, Customs, Transportation, ERP, MES, APS, Production Control, Material Flow, Packaging, Customer Portals, Cost Saving, Cost Avoidance, others.
- Experience in Similar Position Required (5 years Min)
- Experience in Supply Chain Management Operations (Automotive, Tier 1)
- Advanced SAP knowledge (ERP)
- Project Management (E2E Supply Chain Topics)
- Advanced use of BI Business Intelligence Software (Excel, data base management)
