This role is based in Prague or Plzeň.
Role description:
- Ultimate responsibility for the entrusted project, in terms of quality, time and cost (with internal and external collaborators to help)
- Looking for solutions that will increase the quality and reduce the cost of the project
- Coordination of construction project documentation at all required stages
- Overseeing of permitting processes in collaboration with dedicated colleagues
- Providing support to Procurement Department in the preparation and reviewing of procurement documentation, checking compliance with project bid documentation
- Controling and coordination of construction work, their quality and compliance with the project documentation
- Participation in meetings with customers and responsibility for the implementation of required changes
Who are we looking for:
- Structured and organized Team player
- Responsible colleague who knows, how to prioritize
Requirements:
- University degree in civil engineering is a MUST
- At least 2 years of experiences as Project Manager
- Good PC skills, especially MS Office
- Fluency in Czech, English in intermediate level
