Velmi zajímavé benefity , nadstandardní počet dní dovolené, pojištění, stravování, penzijní a jiné pojištění.
Přetvářka mezi kolegy a špatně rozdělená práce mezi lidmi v týmu. Velmi rozvětvená organizační struktura a z toho plynoucí dlouhá doba při schvalování/rozhodování.
