Zaměstnavatel má velmi dobrý benefitní program, chová se k lidem lidsky ne pouze jako k položkám, finanční ohodnocení je na mírně lepší průměrné úrovni nicméně určitě se časem zlepšuje a bonusy ho vylepšují. Zaměstnavatel je slušný a s porovnáním energetické jedničky na trhu má lepší benefitní program včetně více dnů dovolené a možnosti HO. Zaměstnavatel si váží odborníků a dokáže odbornost ocenit.

Finanční ohodnocení, které zaměstnance zajímá nejvíce je mírně nadprůměrné ve srovnání s ČR,ale s porovnáním v oboru energetika je spíše průměrné. Některé postupy jsou zdlouhavé, ale toto nelze uvádět jako nespokojenost, toto je znak korporátní společnosti.

Oceňuji velmi všechny programy, které zaměstnavatel nabízí pro vývoj zaměstnanců, pro posílení kolegiality a přátelské atmosféry. Benefity, které nabízí naše společnost jsou skvělé.

Nic mne opravdu nenapadá.
