What I appreciate most is the great team vibe and the fair, respectful approach.
It might seem like a paradox, when everyone welcome hybrid -but I find it hard to meet people because of the hybrid setup and the fact that everyone comes to the office on different days

Moc si vážím krásného, moderního pracovního prostředí v Karlíně – lokalita i kanceláře jsou opravdu top. Co je ale pro mě ještě důležitější, je atmosféra v týmu. Je lidská, přátelská a zároveň profesionální, což není vůbec samozřejmost. Cením si i toho, že se tu člověk může neustále učit nové věci, a že růst a nové nápady jsou aktivně podporovány.
Občasná komunikace mezi týmy je trochu roztříštěná, což někdy ztěžuje orientaci v prioritách nebo zodpovědnostech. Ale vnímám snahu to průběžně zlepšovat a oceňuju, že když člověk něco potřebuje nebo navrhne změnu, většinou se mu naslouchá.

A company where people respect each other, treat each other fairly, management takes care of wellbeing of the employees and we are given opportunities to achieve great things. I haven't seen many companies with such approach on the market.
To be fair, I can imagine that people who do not enjoy bigger organisations and an environment where you need to be able communicate across teams globally in order to achieve results would not really enjoy working for Sky CZ. I take this as an interesting challenge, so in the end it does not bring frustration, but rather rewarding feeling that great things can be done even in complex international environment. But it is good to be mentally ready for this before you join Sky CZ.

Trust over control management style. Encouring envirement for asking a questions and why´s.
Working in a large organization like SKY can sometimes be frustrating because of complex processes and rules. It requires patience and the ability to find solutions.
