The work-life balance is genuinely respected, not just advertised. You can speak openly with anyone at any level without fear of repercussions , and the feedback culture actually helps you grow rather than tear you down. The variety of projects - you're not stuck doing the same thing forever. The remote work flexibility is excellent. As long as you're getting your work done and your manager is informed, you can choose where and when you work.
The project variety, while often exciting, can be a double-edged sword. You're sometimes required to switch between very different types of work, which means you might not get to dive deep into one area for extended periods. If you're someone who prefers to really master a particular domain, the frequent project changes might feel disruptive. While not a dealbreaker for some, other people might find it off-putting.
