Skvělé benefity - edenred nabití karty. Různé akce od Fortuny v průběhu roku, např. Sport Challenge, atd. Káva a soda na pracovišti, někdy ovoce. Skvělý přístup od holek z HR. Mám skvělého šéfa i šéfku. Jsou féroví a spravedliví, což je pro mě důležité. Kolegové také super.
Nejsou kolikrát dobře nastaveny bonusy pro klienty a pak z toho pramení nespokojenost klientů a potažmo naše hodnocení od nich.

* Přátelská atmosféra, * Možnost zkráceného úvazku v kombinaci s rodičovskou dovolenou
* Tendence ubírat home office. Pokud člověk plní svou práci kvalitně, nevidím v tom smysl nenabídnout flexibilitu.
