Práce v ePace je rozmanitá proto, že se člověk může, pokud projeví zájem, dostat i k činnostem, které nejsou jeho hlavní náplní práce. Může se rozvíjet v oblastech, které si chce vyzkoušet, v tomto v ePace nejsou žádné bariéry. Navíc pracujeme napřímo s klienty - a co klient, to jiná individuálně nastavená spolupráce. Ať už jsi v ePace PIM (Project Implementation Manager) nebo Accounťák, dostaneš se do kontaktu vždy s více klienty, kteří mají individuálně nastavené procesy a práci s daty, a tudíž individuální potřeby a požadavky.
