Panuje tu příjemná neformální atmosféra. Nejedná se o žádný korporát, není tedy problém se k věcem vyjádřit a prosadit svou myšlenku, a to z jakékoliv pozice. Kanceláře jsou krásné a moderní, lze je využívat kdykoliv, například firemní bar. Super jsou i benefity a poměrně časté firemní akce, které jsou zábavné a naprosto nenucené.
Místy je složité nastavit klimatizaci tak, aby to vyhovovalo všem. Pracovní doba by mohla být o něco flexibilnější. Kuřákům bude chybět balkon, nicméně dá se zajít před firmu na Václavák. Homeoffice tu sice k dispozici je, ale dokážu si představit, že by to mohlo fungovat trochu lépe.
