Kolektiv, cíle, vize a firemní kultura. Líbí se mi ambice, které firma má. Nechci opomenout velmi zajímavé projekty, které mi rovněž umožňují osobní rozvoj.

Máme skvělý kolektiv převážně seniorních lidí. Od prvních dnů jsem si moc dobře sedli. Jasně občas něco zaskřípe, nebo se objeví nějaký pracovní přešlap, ale díky senioritě všech zúčastněných se vše vždy hladce vyřeší. Další super plus je relativně časová volnost – je jedno, jestli začnete pracovat v 11, nebo v 7 ráno, pokud svojí práci zvládáte, vše lze domluvit. Navíc já i spousta kolegů studujeme, nebo občas někde přednášíme a vše v pohodě funguje.

Část týmu, včetně mě pracuje z domova, což občas přináší nějaké komunikační šumy. Za poslední měsíce se to hodně zlepšilo, ale stále se s tímhle způsobem práce učíme pracovat.

Členové týmu mají velmi silnou kulturu, která všechny motivuje, aby se posouvali dopředu. V každodenních aktivitách se zde klade důraz na výsledky společné práce, nikoli na individuálně orientované motivy. Líbí se mi spolupráce s mnoha partnerskými firmami, kteří jsou leadři v oboru stejně tak jako team buildingy nejen s kolegy, ale i s klienty.

Jedná se stále o startup, takže některé procesy jsou punkové. Typickým příkladem je to, že když se něco nestihne dostatečně naplánovat, tak je nutné to dohnat na poslední chvíli.
