Těžiště firmy je v Bratislavě, v Praze je mnohem menší pobočka - hlavně sales a projekťáci. Díky tomu je snazší pracovat z ČR na dálku, protože většina lidí je stejně v jiném městě. Firma je finančně stabilní, má už vyřešený product-market fit a má netriviálně velké, platící zákazníky. Používá strojové učení a je možné si pohrát s velkými jazykovými modely.

Firma špatně platí, programování je postavené na juniorech bez technického vedení, kupících technický dluh. Většina seniorů z firmy odešla, chybí dokumentace čehokoliv a kód i zákaznické produkce jsou často hodně nestandardní a neoptimalizované. Firemní kultura je postavená na micromanagementu, programátoři vykazují čas po minutách a hlásí přes chat, když potřebují na hodinu zmizet od PC. Používají se zastaralé nástroje na dokumentaci, řízení projektů a chat, jen protože jsou levnější. Situace se ale naštěstí zlepšuje a je to zároveň příležitost.
