Líbí se mi vzájemná spolupráce napříč nejen regiony, ale také společnostmi ve Skupině. Většina zaměstnanců se chová velmi slušně a přátelsky.
velmi zastaralá koncepce možnosti nástupu zaměstnance. Vždy k 1. v měsíci, max. 15. proč? Více zapojovat zaměstnance do projektů, chtít vidět potenciál v těch, co opravdu chtějí dát Skupině něco navíc, něco ze sebe.

Stabilní zaměstnavatel, který dbá o své zaměstnance a nabízí spoustu možností nejen uplatnění, ale také rozvoje, péče o zaměstnance, širokou škálu benefitů, možnost dalšího studia, neplaceného volna, stáží, služebních cest a dalších výhod.
