Možnost se rozvíjet a kvalitní podmínky k práci. Doufám, že v budoucnu za odbornost i lepší mzdové ohodnocení. Možnost poznávat nové pracovité lidi jak ve skupině tak na straně zákazníka. Poznávat nové technologie v energetice.
Jde o velký holding, kde komunikace s některými dcerami, se kterými spolupracuji není tak pružný, někteří lidé jsou zde "někdy mám ten pocit" ze známosti a ne z profesní odbornosti nebo i když jsou, tak ti lepší nemají šanci.
