Různorodá práce v oblasti jaderné energetiky. Jednodušší skloubení rodinného života s pracovním v porovnání s automotive.

Přesun klíčových činností od dodavatelů na jednotlivé pracovníky ČEZ tak, aby pracovníci ČEZ byli experti v potřebných oblastech (svařovací dozory, NDT kontroly, a pod.)

Možnost profesního rozvoje ve společnosti. Možnost rotace na více pozicích v různých odděleních ve společnosti případně v dceřiných společnostech. Výborný work-life balance.

Zjednodušit nastavení interních procesů. Zavést pružnější a flexibilnější organizační strukturu. Snížit byrokracii.
