Benefity jsou dobré, za dobře odváděnou práci je bonus navíc, líbí se mi 25 dní dovolené a jistota kariérního postupu.

Občas směna o víkendech nebo o svátcích, to se mi moc nelíbí. Na druhou stranu nejsou tak časté.

kontakt s novými trendy v oboru, příjemné pracovní prostředí, zajímavé ohodnocení

Za posledních 6let má společnost 5 generálních ředitelů. Tahle společnost nemůže mít dlouhodobou vizi....podle toho tak vypadá.

Jobs fit for working parents

Hodně záleží na nadřízeném, většinou se lze domluvit na home office, nebo občas na zkráceném úvazku

No overtime

Protože společnost, přesčasy běžně neproplácí :)
