Mám to blízko do práce
Je tu jedna paní (důchodkyně) na úklid celé Pilany. Toalety podle toho vypadají. Když jsem nastoupil štítil jsem se jít jen vyčůrat. Celkově prostředí mi připomíná firmy tak před 30 lety. Všude špína málo mista pro jakoukoli manipulaci.

Spousta benefitů,slušně zaplacené víkendové přesčasy,individuální pracovní doba po domluvě,posunul jsem se na velmi dobrý level ve strojírenství.
Jediné co bych vytknout je stará nevetratelna dílna.

Celkově snaha se na všem dohodnout pro oboustrannou spokojenost.
Chtělo by to příjemnější prostředni pro zaměstnance ve výrobě. Zaměstnavatel se snaží, nicméně stale to není ono.

Nebyl problém se domluvit a přehodit si směnu s kolegy promluvě. A chovali se slušně, hodně pomáhali , učili a vysvětlovali pracovní postupy. Na nic sem si nemohl stěžovat.
Prostředí je si ce trochu špinavé, ale mají sprchy takže se to dá vklidu zvládnout.
