Atmosféra ve Sprinxu je super. Jsme skvělý kolektiv, který si rozumí. Benefity jsou pro zaměstnance na HPP dostatečné. Práce je zajímavá, máme možnost být u projektů od začátku, takže se zaměstnanec naučí celý proces zakázky.
Některé činy by měly dle mého názoru lépe ohodnocené, jinak zaměstnanec ztrácí motivaci. Prosadit svůj názor je občas poměrně náročné. Jinak nemám co vytknout.
