- společenství, které na středisku vytváříme - vzájemná podpora, sdílení, řešení problémů, možnost rozvíjet organizaci pomoci leadershipu - prostor pro kreativitu a využití svých předností a dovedností - opora a spolupráce s ostatními středisky, společná komunikace ven a fundraising napříč celou organizací
Nejsem spokojen s tím, jak středisko není oceněné za svojí práci s klienty od okolních obcí, že obce nejsou ochotné přispívat na sociální služby a z toho vyplývající neustálé řešení dofinancovávání sociálních služeb. To přináší velkou zátěž na řízení a ekonomické oddělení střediska.

Možnost navštěvovat kurzy, hrazení cestovného. Možnost dovolené, očr. Podpora všech, když jsme byli v nelehké situaci. Empatie. Rodinné prostředí.
Pravidelny teambilding. Pro všechny neziskovky lepší finanční ohodnocení. Více školení, kurzů.
