Pro mě jsou důležití spokojení kolegové a dobrá atmosféra v týmu. Což za mne v naší službě funguje. Benefity - masáže, možnost využití bytu v Praze.
Více benefitů, např. Penzijní připojištění, příspěvky na tábory pro děti. I když se platy zvyšovaly, stále je rozdíl mezi námi a státním zařízením.

Výborný kolektiv, podpora od nadřízených, možnost osobního rozvoje, práce, která mě naplňuje - je nejen povinností, ale i radostí.
Občas hektické tempo, někdy z mé pozice potřeba přípravy doma na další den.

Zajímavá a velmi smysluplná práce, která umožňuje neustále se rozvíjet, milí lidé okolo, soulad v hodnotovém nastavení s kolegy.
Málo dovolené - vzhledem k tomu, jak náročnou práci děláme.

Mohu pomáhat lidem v těžké situaci. Zaměstnavatel se chová velice slušně a vstřícně. Kolegové jsou skvělý a pomáhají si navzájem.
