Zaměstnavatel umožňuje home office. V práci je příjemné přátelské prostředí. Velké množství benefitů. Každý si může vybrat, který mu vyhovuje.
Každoroční nejistota ve financování sociálních služeb. Za to však nemůže organizace, nýbrž legislativa. To je u ostatních neziskových organizací obdobné.

Mají výbornou organizovanost, účelnou pomoc a systém. Umí se dobře přizpůsobit životu na Zemi. Jen by se víc dalo zapracovat na té duchovní stránce jak u nich samotných tak jako podpora zaměstnanců. Ale celkově se cítím opravdu v dobrých rukou a jsem nyní v této práci nejšťastnějším člověkem na světě. Děkuji
