Ano, oceňuji přátelskou a podpůrnou atmosféru v týmu, otevřenou komunikaci a důraz na lidskost v přístupu ke klientům i kolegům. Ano, velmi si cením podpory v profesním rozvoji (školení, supervize). Také považuji za benefit celkovou péči o zaměstnance. Rozvinula jsem své dovednosti v komunikaci s lidmi s různými typy potřeb.
Možná více času na reflexi a vzájemnou inspiraci - třeba pravidelné týmové dny, kde by byl prostor nejen pro práci, ale i pro neformální posílení vztahů.

Můžu pomáhat, tam kde chci jak ve škole, tak na internátu. Vždy cítím podporu. a jsem spojená s lidmi kolem sebe.

Příjemná pracovní atmosféra. Člověk pozná spousty lidí, jak z řad kolegů, tak z řad klientů. Rozšiřuje si schopnosti komunikace.

S jistým a pravidelným výdělkem. Soudržnost kolektivu ve škole.
Vadí mi nejasnosti v pokynech od vedení, které jsou často protichůdně proti sobě. Není jasná linie vývoje práce s dětmi s náročným chováním. Pokyny jak pracovat se odvíjí od aktuální nálady vedení a nejsou v souladu.

oceňuji empatii,vstřícnost......je mi tu moc dobře a do práce se těším
co se týká kolegů a zaměstnavatele ,to je ok nejsem úplně spokojena s prostory

V naší Diakonii pracují vesměs velice pozitivní a schopní lidé. Celkově to přináší velice dobrou atmosféru na pracovišti.
V podstatě jsem spokojený se vším. Trochu by se mohla zlepšit komunikace pro předávání informací, ale zapomíná asi jednou za čas každý.

Benefit narozeninový den, práce na společenství střediska a upevňování našich hodnot, přátelská atmosféra.
Velký tlak na výkon, méně práce na stabilizaci, pořád se ženeme kupředu, aniž by jsme pracovali na stabilitě toho, co už se vybudovalo.
