Práce s lidmi je neocenitelná. Vážím si příležitosti a času stráveného zde. Ohledně benefitů by se mi líbala možnosti poukázek do lékárny každý měsíc, né jen jednou ročně.
Určitě by se mi líbila vyšší výplata.

Se snahou zavádět hodnoty do praxe.
Vedení střediska dává pokyny, které z pohledu služby nedávají smysl. Pokyny nejsou smysluplně zdůvodněné. Vedení střediska je chaotické. Ve středisku převládá atmosféra strachu vyjádřit názor či kritiku. Manažerky služeb opakovaně tvrdí, že něco řekly, i když to není pravda.

Mohu realizovat své nápady , mám podporu a pomoc kolegů. Mám možnost se neustále vzdělávat, mám pružnou pracovní dobu.
Příliš mnoho porad, nejistota získání financí na realizaci nápadů, mnoho administrativy.

BENEFITY příspěvek zaměstnavatele na penzijní spoření, milé je i obdarování zaměstnanců dárkem k Vánocům. Slušnost firmy a nadřízených. Umožnit se vzdělávat v oboru, rozšiřovat své znalosti formou pořádání kurzů atd.
Vadil mi malý pracovní prostor pro zaměstnance/kancelář/.Nyní se staví přístavba, kde budou pracovní prostory pro zaměstnance nové a velikostně vyhovující.
