S pracovním místem v Diakonii ve Vrchlabí jsem spokojená a velice mi vyhovuje pružná pracovní doba. Kolektiv i vedení je skvělé a vždy se na ně mohu obrátit a vím, že miu pomohou.

Práce v Diakonii je pro mě velmi naplňující a dává my smysl. Jsem spokojená s přátelským, rodinným pracovním prostředím. S vedením školy. I s dobrým jménem organizace.

Mám pocit, že v práci s lidmi se neustále něco učím díky nim a díky příležitostem k neustálému řešení všeho. Oceňuji systém hodnocení zaměstnanců, zavedení Hodnot, zavedení pravidelných porad. Vyhovuje mi lidský přístup.
Stále se opakující scénář: i stěny mají uši a pracovištěm se občas šíří nepravdy a neověřené domněnky. Chceme otevřenou komunikaci, ale musíme se ji ještě hodně učit.
